Submission guidelines

Abstracts should outline the chosen format (oral presentation, PhD project, poster, demo, or artistic intervention), research questions, methodology, and expected results within one A4 page, spanning 400 to 500 words.

Please submit your abstract as a single pdf file to iconcmt@fhstp.ac.at.  

The submission deadline is 2 June 2025, with notifications of acceptance to be sent before the end of June. We are planning open knowledge proceedings for 2026. 

Conference fee early bird: € 100.-  | Students € 50.- | Regular conference fee: € 150.-  | Students €75.- 

(Conference dinner and lunches are included).
